- Late last night, TPM Election Central reported another superdelegate each to Obama and Clinton, leaving the total for Friday at Obama +9, Clinton +1.
- I'm sure that the backers of Michigan's 2004 anti-gay marriage amendment in no way intended it to outlaw domestic partnership benefits (yeah, right), but this week that obvious result was decided by the state's supreme court. The University of Michigan, though, is looking for ways around the prohibition. Not that it's any replacement for equality, but at least fewer people will lose their benefits.
- One of the day's must-reads comes from Glenn Greenwald, who has the documents proving the Bush administration's propagandistic intent with the military analyst program. Like where they were looking for people "that we can count on to carry our water."
