Democratic Results (So Far) for February 5

Wed Feb 06, 2008 at 04:04:24 AM PDT

The number in parentheses after the state's name is the percentage of precincts counted at posting time. The number in brackets is the total state Democratic delegation (minus super delegates). Winners are in boldface. CNN's very incomplete delegate estimate so far is in parentheses after the percentage vote for each candidate. Only those candidates who received delegates are included in these totals. This count is far short of the total 1688 delegates that will be pledged by the February 5 primaries and caucuses because calculations are not finished. We will update them in this story as they become available. The seven delegates to be selected by the voting of Democrats Abroad are not included. To repeat: No super delegates are included in these totals, nor are totals from the primaries and caucuses that happened before February 5.

So far, here are the incomplete delegate estimates from CNN solely for February 5, with 353 delegates yet to be chosen/calculated (including 271 from California):

[UPDATE 1]: Various sources have different figures for the total number of delegates so far pledged plus super delegates. This is CNN's version. The first figure is pledged via primary and caucus, the second is super delegates:

Clinton: 632 + 193 = 825
Obama: 626 + 106 = 732
Edwards: 26 + 0 = 26
